Welcome to the beginning of something extraordinary! We invite you to embark on a journey of impact and transformation by supporting our Empowering Across Boundaries Fundraising Dinner. At Seeds4Hope (S4H), we are committed to igniting change through mentorship, and we need your help to make it happen. 

OUR MISSION:
At the heart of our organization lies a powerful mission: To empower our Hmong brothers and sisters in Southeast Asia to see themselves as leaders regardless of their background and circumstances. We achieve this by providing personal leadership development training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. S4H consists of an all-volunteer board of directors, 9 co-founders, 40+ mentors, and 15+ planning team members located throughout the United States. Together, we recruit and train mentors, connect young people in Southeast Asia with mentors in the U.S., inspire youth using a six-month personal and leadership empowerment curriculum, facilitate training and cultural conversations, teach English, host international leadership conferences, and provide financial aid for education and professional advancement. Every action we take, every program we launch, and every dollar we raise is driven by our unwavering commitment to building leadership and modeling a culture of leadership that values international connection, collaboration, and community. 

Our Programs & Initiaves

Although we are a newly established organization, our commitment to our mission has been steadfast since 2020, and we have already made significant strides towards achieving our mission. Currently, we are working with 90+ youth and 11 leadership ambassadors in four countries (Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, and China). We are asking for your support to help us reach more Hmong youth in rural Southeast Asia and help advance our following programs:

● Kwv Tij (brotherhood) Mentoring Program (2023)
● Leadership Ambassador Training Program for Mentees (2022)
● English Literacy Program (2022)
● Mentoring and Facilitation Training Program for Mentors (2023)

The Event

Our 1st annual dinner, “Empowering Across Boundaries,” is a pivotal moment where we gather to celebrate the power of community, collaboration and philanthropy.

 This event will take place on Friday, May 17, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the Unison Banquet Hall, 1800 White Bear Ave, Maplewood, MN 55109.
