Seeds4Hope 2025 Impact Report is here!
In 2025, Seeds4Hope deepened our promise to Hmong youth in Southeast Asia: to nurture confident leaders through relationship-centered mentorship, community learning, and service projects. We saw Rising Leaders name their dreams, delay early marriage to pursue education, and build skills that travel from virtual classroom to their communities. We also grew as an organization; developing systems, policies, and aligning our funding practices with evolving compliance standards so we can serve with integrity for decades to come. Most importantly, we used what we learned to design a stronger mentorship model for 2026–2028. Thank you to every mentor, team member, volunteer, and donor who made this possible. Your belief is the soil where leadership takes root.

Seeds4Hope is a global team of mission-driven people working together to create a better world by helping young people develop their capabilities and capacities as leaders. We believe that young people are the future leaders of their communities and countries; therefore, their empowerment is a critical factor in poverty reduction as well as fostering social and economic development.
